When you enroll, we will automatically bill your credit or debit card on file for your monthly membership. Once the transaction is approved, your monthly units will be added to your account to use at any time. If for some reason your card on file doesn’t work, we will contact you for a new payment method so you do
not miss out on accumulating your units.
Yes, after the first 3 months, you can cancel your membership at any time before the next billing cycle. All we ask is that you send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org a minimum of 3 business days before your next billing date, stating that you would like to cancel.
Absolutely. At any time you can call us to change your membership level to meet your needs.
