- How much is Botox Club membership?

The monthly membership fee starts at $65 per month and goes up from there depending on the level you choose. We are happy to help you determine which membership level best meets your needs; just give us a call.
- How much am I really saving?

You are saving a lot, especially when you stay on your regular recommended treatment plan (Botox treatments are recommended every 3-4 months). You can potentially save nearly $500 per year just on Botox! Plus, you will get exclusive membership savings on other products and services.
- How does it work?

When you enroll, we will automatically bill your credit or debit card on file for your monthly membership. Once the transaction is approved, your monthly units will be added to your account to use at any time. If for some reason your card on file doesn’t work, we will contact you for a new payment method so you do not miss out on accumulating your units.
- Will I lose my units?

No, your units will be there until you use them. The only exception is if you “no show” or “cancel” your appointment outside of our 24 hour cancellation policy, you will forfeit that month’s units.
- When can I join?

You can join Botox Club at any time, in person or by completing the membership agreement and emailing or faxing it to our office. Please do not email or fax your credit card information. If you register by email or fax, we will contact you for your card information once we receive your completed agreement.
- What if I need more Botox units than what I have in my account?

If you do use more than what you have banked in your account, at your appointment you will be billed at our normal price per unit. Don’t worry, you can use your Alle points towards this purchase. If you require extra units frequently, you may consider elevating your membership level to avoid paying the normal per unit price for overages.
- Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, after the first 3 months, you can cancel your membership at any time before the next billing cycle. All we ask is that you send us an email at revivemedspaak@gmail.com a minimum of 3 business days before your next billing date, stating that you would like to cancel.
- Can I change membership levels?
